Ingredients
8-10 Chicken sausages.
2-3 tbsp Cooking oil.
2-3 onion, ginger, garlic chopped.
Fresh coriander leaves.
2-3 tomatos or tomato paste.
1 tbsp red chilly powder.
1 tbsp coriander powder.
1/2 tpsp garam masala.
salt .
Instructions
Defrost the chicken franks. Cut according to desired size and shape.Heat oil in a pan. Add onions. Saute for 1- 2 min.Add chopped ginger & garlic . Saute for 1 min.Add in chopped tomato or tomato paste.Add red chilly powder , coriander powder, garam masala & salt. Mix well.Add the chicken franks and stir well.Cover the pan with lid and let it cook for 5 minutes . Once cooked stir well and serve garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
